Going to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area in Tennessee in September?
Any must-see/must-do places? My boyfriend and I are going to stay in a mountain cabin in Pigeon Forge, go horseback riding one day, and go to Gatlinburg another day to visit Ripley's Aquarium, the Ripley's Museum, and Moving Theater, and play miniature golf. Anything you recommend not mentioned?
How about any good restaurants we should not miss?
Walk the whole downtown street...lots of neat shops. Ride the tram to the top of Ski Mt. Road. Log Cabin Inn is great for breakfast...but there are long lines on the weekends. The Park Grill is great for dinner. And take the scenic driving tour ( I can't remember the name of it)...go up Airport Road and you'll see signs for it. Have fun!!
